Mediocre overpriced Microwaved food

Ordered four of the chef's recommendations.  Everything came out surprisingly quickly.  Three out of the four were very disappointing.  The bacalao a'bras, croquettes and the octopus rice.  The a'bras was served almost stone cold, ccold enough that I could hold the dish that it was served in comfortably.    We asked it to be hot and it came back pretty quickly, one has to assume that it was reheated by microwave.  The croquettes didn't have the usual crunchy exterior one would expect to find on

Ordered four of the chef's recommendations.  Everything came out surprisingly quickly.  Three out of the four were very disappointing.  The bacalao a'bras, croquettes and the octopus rice.  The a'bras was served almost stone cold, ccold enough that I could hold the dish that it was served in comfortably.    We asked it to be hot and it came back pretty quickly, one has to assume that it was reheated by microwave.  The croquettes didn't have the usual crunchy exterior one would expect to find on freshly cooked croquettes.  These ones also arrive super fast and were lukewarm, oily and soggy.  It was probably precooked and microwaved before serving.  The octopus rice came out steaming butwas very bland in flavour.

We had an attentive server and the place had a great view of HK island but that's the only good things I can say about this place.  The only thing this establishment does well is to serve mediocre overpriced food and use a microwave.Save your money and give this place a miss.
