Medium rare vs Medium well

試了得多次，太太不吃牛，但喜歡它的cocktail 和Ōra King Salmon，我每次都吃羊，每次都好好味。今天特意點了New Zealand Beef tanderloin，要求medium rare。Salmon 一如以往的好，soft and tender. Beef tenderloin 應該是overcooked, medium well 吧。向服務很好的女waitress 反映，她轉頭說反映了。我們也算了，埋單時再傾多二句，佢話個chef 講燒焗係咁喎，尤其是外面………我話係好既就吾講啦，可惜吾記得影裏面！ Medium rare 同medium well 差好遠架。求求其其出菜，遲早走哂D客，我第一個。Favourite restaurant 變左Never again.
