Urban City Diner (Closed)

I tried ribeye steak from the all-day set menu. The place itself is quite fine, decent I would say. However, the service was far from stellar - waiters forgot to bring the soup and tea. I had to remind them after receiving the steak. The main meal was unsatisfying - meat quality was mediocre at best. It was way over cooked, I asked for medium rare and it came well-done.
