Baked Mac N cheeseThis pan was full of unknowns. for sure I know it's macaroni with cheese and bell peppers. I think it has minced pork and topped with corn flakes. this was totally different from your conventional Mac n cheese, it has a twist. I can't really pin point what exactly it tastes like Mexican. but it was good. Tacos Platter
For some reasons i just really like tocos and this taco platter is totally my thing. they are filled with beef, chicken, pork and fish. Presented with a cute little wooden stand. Btw the egg yolk is nicely blended with the buttery taste of the croissant.
