It's my second time at Le Blanc - both times for friends gathering - and the experience was just as good as the first time. The food was good. Our waitress and sommelier were both friendly and attentive, as if we had known them for ages, making us feel at home. The environment was cozy and private. It's not easy to find a private room atmosphere in Hong Kong at a reasonable price. The waitress noticed that we mentioned it was one of our friend's birthday, so she wrote happy birthday on his dessert and sang the birthday song, a very sweet gesture
. We opened three bottles of wines that we brought ourselves, with no corkage fee, and had fun doing blind tasting with very nice wine glasses
. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely return for our next reunion
