We were quickly seated. I ordered their signature food, the Ajisen Ramen
. The broth tasted rich in pork bone, and the noodles were chewy and had a great texture. The thing I loved the most was the chashu
. It had both fatty and lean meat, and the texture was soft, with a rich pork flavour
.
