Recently, I saw a post on ULifestyle recommending a stall selling Thai desserts. The photos look very appealing, thus i decided to go try on it to see if there was worth the hype. It was located inside Argyle Centre, the heartbeat of Mongkok. It was a place where alot of youngsters and foreign maids came here to shop during the weekend. It was just a little kiosk where it served mainly take-away.The menu was pretty straight-forward, selling their signature shaved ice and drinks. Thai pink lady

Thai pink lady - While waiting for my shaved ice, I ordered a cup of drink to cool down. The staff highly recommended me this drink as it was favourite among the Thai locals. The drink tasted like rose milk, sweet and smooth.
Mango sticky rice shaved ice - I need to wait around 5 minutes for this dessert as the staff made an effort to slowly blend the coconut cream. The portion was quite generous, with alot of ingredients in it. There were ice cream cone biscuit, glutinous rice and mango cubes at the bottom. Glutinous rice was chewy and the crispiness of cone biscuit complimented nicely. Mango was sweet and the shaved ice was shaved till soft and smooth as well.
