今次係第二次黎啦,每次都好有驚喜!第一次黎係朋友推薦,就唔知頭唔知路訂左位試下,試完知道聖誕期間有新menu就再黎試試。同平時既餐廳感覺完全兩回事,除左享受食物味道,仲有好親切既服務。雖然呢個聖誕menu已經完左,但都想同大家share下,佢地比心機做既菜色好details。新既menu出左我又想再去試啦!鵝肝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️每次上菜,ocean/待應都會詳細解釋每道菜,有時真係詳細到我記唔哂🙈呢個鵝肝係配左自家製既鵝肝醬,所有野都自製,真係食心思都抵呀!上面就有魚子下面有d caramelized既蘋果蓉,好夾。龍蝦湯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個湯係用新鮮龍蝦做既,每次人客黎之前1-2小時先開始準備,大啖大啖爽口新鮮龍蝦肉,濃郁既龍蝦湯,一個字,正!青檸雪芭⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️佢唔係一個普通既雪芭,下面既啫喱除左有青檸,仲有青瓜架,清清個口,好fresh呀!八爪魚ORZO⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️入面既ORZO係睇落似米型狀食落似pasta既pasta,配八爪魚出奇地夾,個醬係好好好好好食既茄醬,好味到唔識形容!火雞胸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️聖誕唔可以無火雞既,火雞胸慢煮,非常嫩滑,配個個用栗子蓉加入豬肉腸既stuffing,好有聖誕食火雞個

係牛側面既肉,有咬口,牛味濃。個排位好有意思,好似係冬天既火爐咁樣。牛浸過墨魚汁,似一舊木,隔離既准山都浸左墨汁似木條,紅椒係火,芝麻粉係灰,真係成個火爐之餘,味道又好夾好香好味,好似一年藝術品咁。

如果有10燈粒星我要比10粒,真心好好食。個strawberry mousse超正,香甜士多啤梨味,唔係人造個種士多啤梨味。mousse唔係純空氣感,係有實在食到既感覺。上面oreo碎仲配左d爆炸糖,一路食個口入面一路放煙花,好festive🤤中間個士多啤梨味雪糕都好好味,成個甜品加埋係完美。

平常用聖誕香料煮既Gluhwein係用紅酒,但ocean兩公婆好貼心,聖誕大餐會有一家大細所以用cranberry juice黎做。

成餐食完都好滿足,佢地對煮食既執著同熱誠令我好感動,成個餐廳好似一個秘密花園,喜歡explore同埋鐘意周圍食好野既朋友要去試下呀。
