𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 🍜⠀Ramen joint @shugetsu_hk is famous for their 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸-𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦 & 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘭𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘥𝘭𝘦𝘴 ; the broth has a 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙢𝙞 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧 that comes from the fermented sardines, mackerel and kelp. It’s def on the saltier side so better request the “𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳” broth if you’re not a fan of that - I ordered the “traditional” broth and found it too salty for my liking, the staff kindly gave me some clear chicken broth which balanced it out nicely
