Since Brxxx Sxxx is always full with a ridiculous queue, I decided to give La Bo La a go during my pho-craving hungry state. The setting was nice, modern and chill. I ordered the regular beef Pho.As a serious Pho fanatic (also my fav hang over cure food!), I was slightly disappointed with my Pho even during my hungry state.The beef quality was good. However, the soup (SOUL!) of the pho was rather bland and the herb flavour was quite strong - quite similar to the one you get from authentic Vietna

The beef quality was good. However, the soup (SOUL!) of the pho was rather bland and the herb flavour was quite strong - quite similar to the one you get from authentic Vietnam Saigon touristy average Pho. Unlike ones from the majority of the Pho restaurants across Asia, with a stronger, tastier mixture of beef flavoured soup base which I personally prefer more.
Bun Cxx still remains my favourite choice for HK pho. There's one near Butchxx'x Cxxx wan chai which is quite ok too for HK standards.
Why is a goodPho so hard to find/access in HK? Trust me, more quality Pho, more happy people
