Haven't eaten the pie and tart for a long long time. Since today morning have to work in Kowloon Bay, finally bought one for myself. Milk Tart is always my first choice. It as a semi solid layer on the surface and underneath is smooth and milky paste. The sweetness is just appropriate, not too sweet and not too plain. As for the tart paste, it is crispy enough and it is a perfect snack!
