Their beef burger steak is like the Japanese western fusion kind with 1 patty covered with cheese and the other without. Personally I think I liked the one without cheese because the taste of the cheese while great, covered the taste of their juicy meat patty. I think the combination of one with cheese and one without was a great idea as it would help to suit the tastes of those who love cheese and those who prefer the taste of the ingredients like me 😂 !

The pork knuckle’s skin was so crispy and the sound of cutting through the crispy skin was just ASMR. The meat was so tender that it just fell off the bone and when added to their sauce it was just perfect! If only they had a larger plate I would’ve made less of a mess for sure haha. To complete our meal we had a pint of Asahi beer which really just hits the spot for a perfect dinner.
