Ummmm.. I have mix feelings about this resto.. The food was ok, I liked the pizza and ravioli, the burrata cheese taste fresh and yum too. But the pasta were not al dente at all, too soft for me. The steak taste kinda lack of flavour too.. First of all, they don’t serve bread before our meal.. the most delighted part of Italian cuisine for me is their complimentary welcoming bread section ... but they don’t have bread.... the staff literally said they have no more bread when I ask them about it ..
Then, we wanted to order some cold cuts and cheese platter to start our meal.. she said no cold cuts, no cheese... (it was on the menu though) I was like what.. no more cold cuts and no more cheese? And no BREAD?
😬🥶 just felt like seems nothing was well prepared..
Also, Their service was weird.. not saying they were rude or slacking off, they just had this weird vibe going on.. They seem not quite professional and not really attentive ..
Everything just seems off there..
maybe I had this really bad impression at the first place, we couldn’t really enjoy the meal even the pizza was not too bad.
Overall, to be fair, I think their food quality actually not bad , is still an authentic choice in Kowloon and in this neighbourhood..
However, I think service and atmosphere are really important as a proper Italian restaurant, It just couldn’t meet the standard that I was expecting on that night.
