同事食素,無意間俾我搵到間印度風情的cafe,有素也有葷食,所以我都好期待這次甘有特色的晚餐。Angeethi ka murg 必食的傳統菜,烤雞串,有別於泰式串燒,雞件比較大,微微焦香,脾位肉質嫩滑,白色醬汁唔辣,上面有香草碎,提升肉香,橙色醬汁是辣椒醬,按自己嗜辣程度蘸上。Truffle nan 印度菜另一主食是薄餅,比較乾身,唔算太油,加上黑松露醬點綴之下,薄餅的牛油香跟黑松露醬很搭配Dahi golgappe 香脆的炸麵餅,中間是空心的,充滿了酸酸微辣的醬汁,仲有鷹嘴豆泥,馬鈴薯,要小心食,真係好脆,素食者最鍾意,又醒胃Shabnam curry 咖喱很香濃,配料有青豆,磨菇,蔬菜比較多款,比較奶味,creamy,食落去口感很豐富,配飯食一流Morel mushrooms pullao with truffle oil比較有特色的炒飯,印尼香米比較修長,加入黑松露醬,更加香口而矜貴,仲有配合蘑菇,肉桂,更加帶出獨有的香味。炒飯很乾身,不會黏稠,我搭配shabnam curry 食又唔錯worKesar kulfi 濃郁芳香的一款甜品,很creamy ,我當作係雪糕甘食,仲有開心

Kesar kulfi
濃郁芳香的一款甜品,很creamy ,我當作係雪糕甘食,仲有開心果果仁碎,食起來很有口感。

Mango lassi
濃郁的芒果沙冰,果香十足,芒果迷必試

Virgin colada
菠蘿果蓉加椰汁,很有熱帶風情,很香的菠蘿味,加上擺設唔錯,很有美感
