To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前去咗MoMoKu 食飯。叫咗個鮮蜆白酒煙肉蒜香天使麵和汁煮大蔥炒牛粒飯。兩份午餐嘅賣相都不錯。汁煮大蔥炒牛粒飯上枱時,熱辣辣,香噴噴。味道都唔錯。 鮮蜆白酒煙肉蒜香天使麵就非常之特別。唔知係咪啲芫茜好抵,廚師放了一大堆芫茜。對於一啲好鍾意食芫茜既,真係唔叫唔得。上枱時,已經聞到一陣陣既芫茜味,仲要喺天使麵既下面放咗好多既芫茜。天使麵充滿住嗰陣咁既芫茜味。乜唔係叫碟蒜香天使麵咩?點解會係芫茜天使麵?

鮮蜆白酒煙肉蒜香天使麵就非常之特別。唔知係咪啲芫茜好抵,廚師放了一大堆芫茜。對於一啲好鍾意食芫茜既,真係唔叫唔得。上枱時,已經聞到一陣陣既芫茜味,仲要喺天使麵既下面放咗好多既芫茜。天使麵充滿住嗰陣咁既芫茜味。乜唔係叫碟蒜香天使麵咩?點解會係芫茜天使麵?
