The restaurant had an acoustic night on Monday, I guess to get people dining in during a typically weak day of the week.The entertainment was so-so. But I found the food a little lower quality than their usual fare. For HKD100 per person you get a drink and half a pizza. That means you 2 people need to come. That was not clear in the promotion. good thing we were a family of four. But I wonder what would happen if someone came alone.Anyway, the pizza was either a margarita or an american (with s
The entertainment was so-so. But I found the food a little lower quality than their usual fare. For HKD100 per person you get a drink and half a pizza. That means you 2 people need to come. That was not clear in the promotion. good thing we were a family of four. But I wonder what would happen if someone came alone.
Anyway, the pizza was either a margarita or an american (with spicy pepperoni). I found the dough undercooked, with too much tomato sauce.
We ordered other food too, salmon carpaccio was good.
But the porciutto was not sliced thin enough. What surprised me was the chocolate cake which is one of their famous desserts. But this time it was terribly dry. Not only the sponge cake but the icing as well. And the cake should have icing as well in the middle but this one did not.
So was this a fluke for one very busy night?
