黑布街一直多特色餐廳,行過見到哩間日式餐廳幾工業風幾型,想試下。可能餐廳剛剛開張,等餐時間真係比較耐,等左至少半個鐘先有野食,好彩有朋友一齊傾下計咁。芥辣八爪魚——可能店長見我地等太耐,送蝶小食我地食下。燒雞皮($ 32)——燒得好脆,卜卜脆既口感,雞皮本身就係好香,燒到無咩油,應該係好好既配酒小食,不過我地無人飲酒 XD申子飯($ 58)——千呼萬喚始出來!不過係有驚喜既。店員話係用日本蛋,蛋白打成泡狀,生蛋黃係中間,有飯素同蔥粒撈住來食,紫菜應該可以少量咁包飯食。近鏡 係幾可愛蛋黃同蛋白撈埋一齊,配飯素來食,飯本身係好淡味,估哩個係鰹魚飯素(?)配埋一齊就啱味。蟹肉燒飯糰($ 45)——外表燒得幾乾身,果層飯焦係幾癡牙,左上既汁係用來點飯糰既,打散只蛋來點。蟹肉分量就一般,醬汁既味道好難形容,係幾特別,食到有咸咸地既味,亦有少少醋味,配飯糰都ok夾既。吉列千層豚肉($ 128)——哩個係估佢唔到,以為係一般既吉列豬扒。原來係豚肉卷住來炸,所以係千層 XD天婦羅蕎麥麺($ 98)——天婦羅有金針菇、一只大蝦同一D蔬菜。個麺既分量XD只可以話男仔唔友好 哈哈整體來講,食物款式真係比較特

整體來講,食物款式真係比較特別,亦都高質,價錢又唔貴。希望之後越做越好,出菜可以快D就好好了。
