Unabashedly addicted to Dim Sum, landing in Hong Kong always puts a huge smile on my face. My first stop is to my hotel, and then it's straight out for some food. Inevitably, depending on what area i'm staying in, its a toss up between Dim Dim Sum, Tim Ho Wan, Din Tai Fung or One Dim Sum. All of them have their jewels in their respective crowns, and all of them suffer small defeats.

One Dim Sum, for the price you pay, serves some of the best Dim Sum you'll find in Hong Kong. A crowd favourite, and rightly so, they churn out plates of delicious, steaming, inviting food consistently.
