I am a regular customer to this restaurant. The shop owners really uses their hearts and time to make it a standing out shop. Here are my suggestions to dine in this restaurant:1. Always order their ENVY menu, it is a cheaper price to enjoy quality food as I know their food ingredients are better than 5 star hotel.2. Try their special seafood if you are lucky, as I’ve tried quite a few times and were amazed. 3. Try out their one of a kind drinks. Many of their alcoholic drinks are not able to be
Here are my suggestions to dine in this restaurant:
1. Always order their ENVY menu, it is a cheaper price to enjoy quality food as I know their food ingredients are better than 5 star hotel.
2. Try their special seafood if you are lucky, as I’ve tried quite a few times and were amazed.
3. Try out their one of a kind drinks. Many of their alcoholic drinks are not able to be found elsewhere, the owner travels in person to collect these. They have wine/ alcohol tasting and free flow which goes with the menu.
4. Look at the art works around, the owner supports local amateur artists, their works are displayed and ask of these artist stories.
5. It is no ordinary restaurant, not just a restaurant you walk in, eat, and give comment, but a restaurant composed with many stories, ideas, and creativity. If doing so, I’d suggest you go to a chain store.
6. The pandan salted chicken is a die for dish.
7. I’ve those discount apps, but I never would have ruined my dinner from using these apps, as my budget is allowable. I will support individual small shop, especially in Hong Kong.
In conclusion, excellent food quality, creative dish, unusual amazing drinks, service is well. Hearted small shop.
