Don't let the name fool you, this Ministry (well a sports bar really) serves up more than just yummy mussels in a variety of in house flavours, amongst which blue cheese and laksa are my favourite. The chicken was surprisingly nice from a mussel joint and I really enjoyed the desserts which is not something that happens often. They essentially have all the games, live, from basketball to rugby to F1 and tennis. This will be my watering hole during the rugby 7s and the world cup! And the service really deserves a mention as well. they are just, so friendly! Really stands out in a place like Hong Kong!
