終於到了星期四的晚上,繼續TAPAS,這次選了香港大學站西寶城附近的Cellar Door Wine & Tapas Bar 地窖門,從和合街的入口,下樓梯就看到Bar枱,環境很不錯。Drinks Menu 有大量紅酒、白酒、香檳及精釀啤酒(craft beer)的選擇。經過店員的推介,友人點了Moonzen Brewery – Chocolate Stout Kowloon (5%) $60,是真的有朱古力味,但由於是Stout底,所以酒味比較濃郁,如果女士們喜歡比較易入口的就要選擇其他了。我揀了比較易入口的Tormentoso Pinotage $40,都算fruity。Tapas menu的選擇不多,如果一班朋友來就可以一次試所有的Tapas!Seared Tuna Salad $50 & Buffalo Cauliflower $60 Seared Tuna Salad賣相十分精緻,bite-sized的tuna兩邊微微燒過,配上甜甜的木瓜西柚汁,十分清新開胃Buffalo Cauliflower微酸辣再配上淡淡的blue cheese醬汁(放心只是很淡芝士味,其實你根本吃不出

雖然店員沒有問我們要幾成熟,相信他們已找到最適合的生熟程度。和牛一上枱看到淡淡鮮紅色相信是medium cooked,但口感較硬。值得一提的是那個像baby food的蘋果醬為這個過韌的Wagyu挽回不少的分數。

雖然賣相不是很討好,但這是我覺得最值得推介的Tapas啊!經過多小時的慢煮,羊肉煮得十分淋,不會很騷!另外,這個醬汁也很特別,不要看它是黃色就以為是芥末醬,這可是由芙蓉果醬、紅酒及迷迭香調配以成的,非常特別,好味!


Kashmiri Mushroom $50
就是普通的蘑菇咯可以不用試,除非你是菇迷啦!
