Another morning coffee! My first ever bluebottle experience at their new branch at IFC! Loved the design and ambience of the store, with pale wooden furnitures, plenty of sunlight and a view of the harbour. I got my typical order, cuppacino with oat milk, and though I am no expert on coffee at all, their Cuppacino tasted quite different from other places, it had stronger notes of bitterness which didn’t quite vibe with the overall flavour profile of a Cuppacino and just didn’t taste as aromatic.

Loved the design and ambience of the store, with pale wooden furnitures, plenty of sunlight and a view of the harbour. I guess it’s also a matter of personal preference. Their non-dairy milk options were also on the pricier side and requires +HKD 6 for oat milk. Though I might still revisit just because of how peaceful and soothing the environment is.
