Quinoa, named as mother of all grains, is definitely a comfort food. It's not heavy but always gives you the sense of satisfaction.Organic food restaurant has been a hot topic for the past few years. The waiter/ waitress are not very efficient but polite. I think they have the potential (give them a chance). There are plenty of choices in lunch menu. Not many restaurants able to provide so many quinoa dishes.
We chose the quinoa avocado salad. The presentation is nice. The texture of the quinoa is just right; I think they did a great job. Avocado match well with quinoa because the creamy texture of avocado makes the quinoa rich and easy to swallow. If there was a little bit more avocado, that will be perfect. The vegetables in the salad are fresh. Overall give us a satisfied experience. The coffee was nice & the table pad was beautiful! The young people are the future owners of the world, we have to support them.
Other Info. :
Also can visit the organic food store next to it. Not expensive!
