It always seems like we go here when there is a some sort of holiday because they always have something inventive to celebrate it. I had the nori with pig intestine and fish meat and added an abalone. The abalone was a decent size. It also had no flavor. I love the fish as it is one of my favorite items to choose from and I always do.
Boyfried decided to try their special limited item and also added an abalone. It came with a hard boiled egg, jews ear and cnicken roll. I did like the chicken rol. It was pretty good.
We always share wings but this place seemed to have burnt them.
Boyfriend also tried their new limited time drink of parsley and lemon. I really didn't like it. Boyfriend thought it was ok. I felt it tasted like grass with lemon.
While eating, the staff came over and gave all the diners a plate of peanut candy. We weren't expecting this at all and was a pleasant surprise. They were a bit hard but free is free, right?
It was ok. Food was acceptable and not pricey. The fun elements were a nice way to celebrate Mother's Day when your mothers aren't present as both of ours wasn't. And it's also very spacious with lots of room to sit. And the staff at this place was very funny.
