Pizza Hut food is standardised; however, by the time i left YL PH, my jaw was open - i was astounded at the EXCELLENT service! Each staff member smiled...a GENUINE smile, not fake. With each item that arrived, i was asked if i wanted this or that; there was an "enjoy your meal/drink" with each item; there was "since you have finished your food, here are some toothpicks", and finally a "how was the food today?" all said with a sincere smile! 5-star hotels, take note!!!
