To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難食的自助餐，原本諗住一家人去慶祝母親節，但十分失望而回，海鮮唔新鮮，刺身冇味仲要撈冰食，完全冇鮮味。食物濫但質數低。熟食又係一樣咁難食，蟹肉霉。價錢方面，仲要唔平，658+10%。環境ok, 但好亂，reception出面係攞海鮮既地方，即係入左餐廳之後仲要出返去出面攞野食。太差，絕不會再光顧。
