French cuisine is no wonder the best in the continent. Someone may argue that Spanish is also good, but it walks in a different path.
The greens are fresh and contain some unique varies not found in other salad bars. Though the hot dishes are limited, they are juicy and attractive.
The order-to-make crepe is the most amazing item in the whole lunch buffet. You can watch the chef cooking the pancake in front of you and enjoy the smell of your dessert. Feel free to add your favorite ice-cream on it. Ice and fire are the eternal aspiration as a cooking meme. 
As usual, I ordered black coffee after such a feast for digesting.

Other Info. : I heard the waitress talking to the kitchen through headphone "Guests at table X complaint the fish is rare. You need to pay attention to it! Please prepare another." Though they may not be perfect, I still feel this restaurant quite responsible.
