It is not difficult to find high class restaurants in Central but not of them worth the price that I have paid. Since I have no idea what I would like to eat on that day, my mum gives me a recommandation on this restaurant to me (although she has never tried this before).I met my mum in lunch hour at this restaurant. My Mum's choice: Grilled Angus Prime Rib Eye Steak with Grilled Asparagus, Mushroom $268 The steak is full of flavours, the flavours can remain in your mouth for a long period of time. The mushroom and the asparagus are filled with beef flavours. The texture of the steak is also amazing. Both the cooking method and the choice of ingredients and the freshness of the ingredients make me so impress with this dish.
My choice: Roasted Black Cod with Sauteed Salsify, Red Chard and Mashed carrot( I do not sure about this name) $238 The roasted black cod is fill with richness. However I think it is somehow quite oily than I think. Neither the red chard nor the sauteed salsify can help to solve this problem. And if you are not familiar with this kind of vegetsbles taste, I definitely not recommand you to try this vegetables(but this just because of my preference) And the sea salt sprinkled on the top of the black cod did not really brings a benefit to the dish, yet, it just makes the fish super salty
To conclude, the services is pretty professional. While the appetizers (You can choose from salad or soup but both of us choose salad) is quite nice. The vegetables are super fresh and the ingredients they chose mathes perfectly. However, the salad dressing is too spicy for me. The texture of the bread is quite hard which makes me a little bit of disappointed. And the price is quite expensive for a lunch but the steak really impressed me so much.
