Tim ho Wan is definitely my favorite dim sum restaurant in HK. The north point branch has become my favorite as it has slightly better menu offerings than the other branches, with slightly lower prices and a very local experience. If you look to dine in a "finer" environment you may opt for the Olympian branch.
