We tried several dishes. The beef tartare was a highlight, prepared tableside by our skilled server. A generous amount of freshly shaved Parmesan and egg yolk set the tone for the rest of the meal. For meat lovers, the JJJ Premium Butcher's cuts are a must-try, featuring USDA prime 45-day dry-aged ribeye, two chef-selected cuts, and a house-marinated galbi. Each cut is grilled to perfection and served with a spicy soybean Korean paste and all the sides. The galbi was my personal favourite, marinated just-right in pear juice, soy sauce, & honey. Next, the beef rice with bone marrow impressed us. Our server scraped the marrow tableside and mixed it with the rice, fried garlic, and beef, creating a comforting and satisfying dish.
Apart from the food, the cocktails at JJJ Korean Steakhouse were just as impressive. We tried several, including The Hulk, made with absinthe, vanilla, and lime, and The Highball made with bourbon, pandan, and soda. My friend tried the umeshu with whiskey, plum, and Campari, and the Oldie with bourbon, beef fat, and orange. All were packed with flavor.

In conclusion, JJJ Korean Steakhouse offers a dining experience that is second to none. From the showmanship of tableside preparation, to the exquisite flavors of the meat, sides, desserts, & stunning cocktails - each element is undoubtedly impressive. Trust me when I say you won't regret trying.
