Cookie crust egg tart was a handful size. Custard was neither too milky nor yellow-ish. Perfect balance of eggy flavour and sweetness. Just set but not too runny. Creamy with a hint of sweetness. Cookie crust was buttery and holding up nicely (I accidentally cracked mine during taking the picture). Perfect bottom thickness to hold up the custard while remained thin. Absolutely a surprise!

Pastry crust one was freshly out from the oven. It was burning hot that steam came through from the custard. Custard was again silky smooth but neither rich nor heavy. Right amount of custard and just filled the tart crust. Pastry crust was flakey. Absolutely tasted like oil free, obviously in fact not. Holding the whole tart nicely. Keeping its shape on every bite. Just another huge surprise!

There were many more bake goods I wish to try and will save for my next visit! Highly recommend and it's a must when stopping by Shau Kei Wan!
