本身以為佢係一個普通嘅egg benedict, 點知超級好食! 手撕豬肉嘅質地非常軟稔, 油脂分佈好平均, 食每一啖肉都有入口即化嘅感覺🤩 兩件烤餅都吸滿晒流心蛋黃同自家製嘅荷蘭醬, 咬落鬆軟得嚟又濕潤, 再混合埋豬肉嘅香氣, 真係食到停唔到口! 唔好睇佢細細份咁, 手撕豬肉嘅份量都幾多(同埋有啲油膩), 其實食晒成份都有啲漏㗎
