As for the beef dishes, we highly recommend the signature seared beef tenderloin and beef brisket. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a juicy, tender center. The beef brisket was also incredibly flavorful and tender, with a rich meaty taste that melted in our mouths.
