Sweet treat! The salmon didn't carry strong smoking taste. It was more like sashimi. And the pairing with beet is creative and of course a nice try.

3.Foie gras terrine sandwich,fig compoteThe chef told us that he added some green apple to the dish to make it more refreshing. Though I couldn't really taste the apple, the fig puree was nice! It lighted the heaviness of the foie.
4.Creamy soft polenta with 63 degree egg and truffleWell I don't have to say much about this as no one could resist cheese and soft-boiled eggs! Catch the melting moment of the egg yolk!
5.Lobster and shrimp with lobster croquettePlease don't drink it alone. /It is not a SOUP./ Dip the ball with the SOURCE. Btw the source was really good,, very very strong taste of lobster. Though I was suggested not to drink it, I finished the whole thing lolllll
6.Light smoke French spring chicken,thyme and truffleIt is also their signature dish. Your stomach would melt with the chick.
7.Black Angliss 300 days grain fed,salsa verde,potato pureeWas tender and the source is refreshing. Would be better if it was paired with wine. Not to forget finishing the smashed potato. Smooth and fulfilling!
Dessert: Chocolate hotpotCan choose from fruits like minions' favourite - banana, strawberry, or sweets like nougat and my favourite - Turkish delight <3 <3
