My favorite dessert shop in Yau Ma Tei!!I’ve been visiting am.pm since I was in high school. My favorite croffle flavors are caramel custard and Shizuoka matcha. The croffle were so crispy and the cream on top were so creamy in texture, this combo made a good contrast!! The caramel custard croffle is my top one go to dessert at ampm!! There was a layer of caramel on top of the the cream, it was just so satisfying and crispy in texture😋 I will definitely come back to try out their soufflé next ti
