I have always liked the idea of cart noodles because I like to pick and choose what components I want to make up my meal. I like how Man Kee goes one step further in providing this flexibility, they let me choose the soup base as well! A bowl of noodles here is highly customizable since you get to choose EVERY flavor! It is practically custom made to exactly how I like it!

 Here shows a few of my favorite toppings: sweet soy sauce-flavored chicken wings (aka Swiss sauce wings), chive dumplings, pig’s blood, turnip, squid balls, and small pork intestines! This bowl has the “oil noodle” as the noodle base (my favorite choice for cart noodles and cart noodles only XD), beef brisket soup, medium spicy, and I have added a little of Mala chilly oil. I can eat this all day! 

This is one of my favorite cart noodle places in Hong Kong. There is almost always a line for it at mealtimes, so I usually come at off-peak times to avoid the wait.
