if you look closely at the sushi rice, it shows a tint of red. This is because chef Sodeyama uses the traditional way of marinating the rice with red vinegar.
Their noddles is not the stander udons you see in most shops, i can't remember exactly what it is, but damn it is tasty! (sorry by this time I'm always beyond snapping pictures and am full on pigging out)
While it's still a relatively pricey place, I'll still give it a 5/5 for it's worth because the food quality you get is well worth the price, and for sure what you get here will cost you more if you're anywhere else in HK.
