My Favorite Japanese Restaurant

I come here at least once a month, this is my favorite Japanese resturant. I love everything about Nishimura, from the decor to the food. Staff greet enthusiastically at the door and they always have a Japanese lady in kimono smiling sweetly. Everytime I go in chefs at the sushi bar would greet me as well. The environment is so nice it's like an authentic Japanese resturant. I think they have a lot of Japanese customers as well because they always have their menu in Japanese. Everything is made

Staff greet enthusiastically at the door and they always have a Japanese lady in kimono smiling sweetly. Everytime I go in chefs at the sushi bar would greet me as well. The environment is so nice it's like an authentic Japanese resturant. I think they have a lot of Japanese customers as well because they always have their menu in Japanese. Everything is made so delicately with great presentation. Each dish is presented nicely with really nice tableware. They offer a wide range of food from grill to sashimi. Their sashimi is always so fresh. My favorite is their Hamachi sashimi. They have the best. I don't know anywhere else that offers Hamachi sashimi as good as theirs. Their desserts are so good as well. Melons are all aired from Japan which are super sweet. Their homemade lime jelly and japanese cheesecakes as well. My favorite dessert is their white grape sorbet. Such a nice flavor. I order it everytime. 

What a pity they're renovating now. I hope they open again soon. But I heard they are opening up a new branch in central. I hope they open soon too!
