Always loved The Globe, it never disappoints! Large portions, great selection of food and beverage, AND amazing flavours!My order has always been a bloody Mary, home cooked fries, and a good old pie! I've tried a variety of pies here; curry lamb, steak and kidney, pork and apple…and MORE…each time, they turn out amazing. I've never been unhappy with the food here. This time, I went for fish and chips…mushy peas and the chips were amazing as always however the fish itself tasted like the freezer…is that even possible?! Maybe it's just me…
Anyway, the overall meal was great, fish was thick and meaty, except for that strange taste. I'd definitely come back and order again just to make sure it was a one off thing!
