成日入西貢主要都係食海南雞飯,因為呢個係我兒時嘅回憶。食完雞飯就會再喺附近食甜品,今次比我發現到呢一間小食店,事實佢哋已經開咗好耐只係每一次我都去咗隔離食甜品就冇幫襯過。佢哋主要係買台式飲品為主,見經過有雞蛋仔就叫你試試,等嘅過程我發現呢間鋪頭對於佢哋任何嘅製作都好用心,每一個step都好有系統,連整雞蛋仔佢哋都會用溫度探測器量度夠唔夠熱先開始落醬,都差唔多完成時再用橡筋夾實個pan ,如果出到黎既雞蛋仔真係好有水準! 外脆內軟,因為我好怕食啲雞蛋仔吹到好似餅乾咁會好𠝹口。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻佢又成為我黎西貢既理由啦
