Location
To be frank, it's quite hard to locate the place as it's hidden between the Second and Third streets. When I first saw its signage, I even thought that it's a painting centre. Maybe I'm the only one who would have such stupid impression. =p

Environment
Every time I enter the shop, I can't help but to take a few more breaths --- as I just love the smell of crepes that filled up the whole space. It simply makes my salivary glands secrete lots of saliva! (The chef said the smell is all from food ingredients, not any perfume!)
Its ambience is also enjoyable. Consisting mainly of warm colours, the little room naturally gives me a feeling of comfort. There are a few seats in front of a bar table, sitting behind which you can also enjoy the way that the chef preparing food for you.

Food
This is the half portion crepes which costs only $25. It contains red berries, cream, caramel sauce, Movenpick strawberry ice cream (YES! a scoop of Movernpick ice-cream!) and hazelnut.

I love crepes with moist and chewy skin. There are lots of crepes place outside which serve crepes with dry skins. That's no longer my concern here as the chef is very nice and she will listen to customers and tailor-made your favorite "skin". Moreover, you can decide the ingredients of your own crepe without following her suggested combination and more importantly, without paying more!

Having said that, I would advise you to follow her advice for the first time. They are ultimately all very satisfying combinations. Here is the menu. (There are still lots of combination that I haven't tried! especially the salty ones!)

After having over 10 crepes here, I find that crepes with caramel sauce is always the best choice as the taste of crepes with caramel is akin to pancake. For me, the most tasty part of a crepes is its bottom tip, as all the sauce and cream were condensed there. It's juicy and the taste is just fantastic.

One thing that I must introduce to all of you is their cream! It's home-made and it's so rich in flavor that not many places in HK can offer. (One of the cream with comparable quality that I tried recently is the 堂島卷 in Baby Mon Cher. But it costs like 30 dollars for a slice!

I have also ordered a box of cookies for my boyfriend's family. It looks nice and the box can be used as a photo frame. Maybe I will write another comment after tasting them.=p.

Service
The staff is also very considerate. They would provide tissues, sweets and water to the customers. BTW the bathroom is well decorated and clean here. It definitely worth paying a visit! LOL

All in all, its definitely good value for the money. Thanks my bf for bringing it to me. I do enjoy the time with you here soooooooo much. We do like this dessert shop a lot so we store their beautiful name card in our treasure box.
