A cute, friendly neighbourhood dessert shop! I live in the neighbourhood and come here regularly. Whenever we have dinner in the area, we will always drop by for dessert after.We always make sure to bring overseas guests here as well. It's nice to have a place that has healthy, seasonal, fruit-based desserts (my personal favourite). It's nice to have a place that has healthy, seasonal, fruit-based desserts (my personal favourite). Desserts are never too sweet, and very reasonably priced (given the amount of fresh fruit and generous portions). The service is always excellent, and the chef and owner is very friendly and always willing to come out and chat with customers.
My personal favourites are the mango cheung-fun (cheung fun is coconut based), the grass jelly noodles, and the home-made, freshly ground almond milk dessert (a rarity these days!!). The winter hot-drinks are also good on a cold day, as is the steamed coconut dessert.
