Just visited the museum nearby this evening and was trying to grab a bite before this restaurant closes at 8pm. We arrived shortly after 7 pm, ordered a few appetiers and a bowl of noodles. It was not a busy evening and there were only four to five parties seated in the restaurant. We waited for 20 minutes and none of the dishes ordered have turned up yet. We waited for 20 minutes and none of the dishes ordered have turned up yet. We politely asked one of the staff to check if our food would be ready soon. The staff went checking but there have been no responses from any of the staff since then. Another 10 minutes went by and we asked again. The manager told us that the food orders were not registered on the system! Despite the mistake, he did not seem to want to resolve the problem right away (perhaps it was getting close to closing time). My friend and I were furious and just left with an empty stomach.
Am very disappointed.
