I live above this restaurant, so I eat there a LOT. While there are only 1 or 2 dishes I like, they are really quite good. 9 times out of 10, I order the baked chicken steak with pineapples. It's around $36 with a cold drink, and you get a very good amount of chicken. The sauce is good (not too sweet) but sometimes the pineapples taste weird. They also do a very good job of fried rice and fried noodles, with good "wok hei" flavour. Staff is friendly, but then we've been going there at least once a week since they opened 4 years ago ;) But even to 'strangers' they are attentive and have good service.

Recommended if you're in the area - try a baked dish or fried rice or noodles, and you'll be satisfied.

They have another location upstairs at Kai Tin mall, which has the same menu. The chefs are different, so the flavours are slightly different. The sauce in the baked dishes are usually sweeter, so I prefer downstairs.
Baked chicken on rice, my "usual" ;)
