Think I have just found my new favourite sushi place in Tsim Sha Tsui! Everything was super fresh with the perfect fish-to-rice ratio and the rice was seasoned just right and packed just right such that each piece holds their form without being too dense.The roasted flounder could literally melt in your mouth! And the roasted cuttlefish was delicious as well😍 My favourite was the red shrimp, that sweetness was incredible! Also love how they made small cuts on the yellowtail to make it extra tend
