My nightmare just came today. I have been visiting Al Dente for the last 20 years starting in Central then Wanchai and Prat Ave during last 3 years, at least 4-5 times every week. I usually come there for lunch (dinner sometimes) mainly for the Spaghetti, and if they do not serve it as pasta of the day, they have been willing to change it for me in the last 20 years.  Today, the staff told me that the chef had refused to have this changed for me any more.  I am not sure what has gone wrong but i

I usually come there for lunch (dinner sometimes) mainly for the Spaghetti, and if they do not serve it as pasta of the day, they have been willing to change it for me in the last 20 years.  Today, the staff told me that the chef had refused to have this changed for me any more.  I am not sure what has gone wrong but isn't it true that they should try the best to make customers satisfied and happy? Hope that the chef can change his/her mind and AD can fix this for me!!!
