Dumplings and tempura is pretty standard. But the one surprised me was the mushroom croquettes! Creamy and gooey inside! Love it! Not sure how many rounds I had ordered that!

Chicken wing is nice as well! Well seasoned and skin is super crispy!

Sushi platter before the main course is served. Flounder sushi is pretty good! Scallop and hamachi is the best on the plate. Oysters are still the same, too “skinny”.

For main course, I normally choose Black cod, steak or chicken fillet.

Another thumb up is the quality of staffs did improve a lot compare to few years ago! Another reason Zuma is a good spot for boozy brunch!
