Whenever I crave for Vietnamese food, Noodlemi always comes to my mind. It offers simple, fresh, clean, healthy, and delicious Viet food. It was clean, fresh, and crunchy! Don't make a judgement too soon that healthy salads are boring. Well at least this one is not! The salad was dressed in a vietnamese fish sauce (nuoc cham) that is both sweet and sour and garnished with dried onion bites and chopped peanuts. The dressing and the garnishment complements the fresh salad very well, it totally brought out all the elements together. Tip: if you think a viet meal is not complete without Sriracha (like me), feel free to add some to the salad, you'll be surprised.I would recommend Noodlemi to anyone who craves for simple and fresh viet food. Bear in mind that this casual viet joint ain't huge so definitely not for a party more than 6.
