I Love Istabul is a private kitchen and they do offer a chef menu  based on the cost that you are willing  to pay priced from $200 to up to almost $800 each! We have chosen  the $250-$300 set and let's see what we are going to get out of it! Salad with cheeseThese kind of lettuce cucumber based salad is pretty common on Turkish cuisine, some feta cheese is sprinkled over the veggies in light oil as well as salt and pepper. Roasted tender chicken tender with rice
Our most enjoyable dish comes as our second dish. The halved roasted chicken in special seasoning is stuffed with fried rice that has been cooked with some slightly sweet and sour sauce, just like the Western style kind of fried rice that you can find in some Cha Chaan Tan in Hong Kong. The skin  is very  flavourful after absorbing the marination. The very lean chicken is not fatty but still very tender with lot of juice in the meat. The rice is not too much which is good because we actually have many more dishes coming up.
The size is just perfect to share among two people and we are already half filled up, yet still very moist even for the chicken boobies.

Alask Pollock Fish
A somewhat healthy combination  between deep fried fish fillet with a slice of cucumber, a slice of tomato, and some house seasoned yogurt sauce.

Saksuka with homemade yogurt
Basically a pile of fried potato slices with zucchinis and eggplate loaded with yogurt sauce and ketchup. Just a combination mashup board of veggies, nothing's wrong with it.

They are mini deep fried dumplings and it can be filled with chicken / beef/ veggies and we have chosen  the beef one. The filling is minced rather than chunked. The meat tasted really strong with a gamey beef taste. The spices are quite similar to other like kefta meat loaf. It's crunchy and still pretty tasty.

Baklava
Lastly, it comes to my favourite Turkish dessert, baklava, layers of puff pastry soaked surgery syrup, and packed with crushed pistachio. The nutty flavour is very powerful in the bite size pastry. Very indulging and super sweet, so make sure you order a cup of hot coffee to go down with it.

A plain yogurt drink  that is mixed with cucumber slices and some herbs. Absolutely refreshing and it may be one of the most authentic thing we have tried that night. Highly recommend it!
