After running some errands, I decided to pack food home for dinner. Cocopig Hainanese chicken was located at Ma Tau Wai Road, several minutes walk from Ho Man Tin MTR. They are a take-away store, offering chicken rice, pork knuckle rice, salad and drink etc. Grape calpis soda - It was gassy and refreshing, with strong grape taste. Signature Hainanese chicken rice - Rice was cooked till soft and fragrant, and the chicken was steamed till soft and smooth. Thai chilli sauce helped to enhance the taste and was flavourful.
